Technical DescriptionThe Hormigon Vintage wall panel is a multilayer fiber + fiberglass system engineered to replicate the visual and tactile qualities of real concrete. Its surface topography features roughness, micro-reliefs, irregularities, and depth variations characteristic of cast concrete. This three-dimensional texture is reproduced through high-precision molding processes, ensuring consistent surface depth, shadow–light transitions, and authentic concrete feel across every panel.
The structural core is composed of fiberglass layers embedded within a mineral-filled polymer matrix. This composite configuration stabilizes the panel under bending, torsion, impact, and static loads. Even on large wall spans, deformation and warping risks are minimized, maintaining long-term form stability. The fiber-based construction also allows for cutting, drilling, shaping, and adaptation to project-specific needs making electrical outlets, lighting integrations, and infrastructure routing easy to implement.
The thermal expansion coefficient of the panel is optimized to prevent blistering, cracking, or delamination under temperature and humidity variations. The surface coating is formulated to withstand UV exposure, water vapor, humidity, and outdoor atmospheric conditions, ensuring durable color and texture stability over time.
The surface geometry and composite structure distribute and absorb impact energy effectively, increasing the panel’s impact resistance and reducing surface fatigue. Installation is performed using a mechanical fastening system (screw + dowel), ensuring secure attachment to the substrate and long-term structural reliability. -
