Technical DescriptionThe Wavy wall panelis a fiber + fiberglass wall system designed to reinterpret the flowing wave effects characteristic of natural stone textures. The wave form on the panel surface incorporates a rhythmic progression, layered relief depth, and gradual surface slopes. This topographic pattern is transferred with high precision from the original model during molding, preserving both the aesthetic clarity and structural integrity of the surface.
The core structure is formed from fiberglass layers integrated with a mineral-filled polymer matrix, creating a stable composite system. This configuration ensures rigidity under bending, impact, and load conditions. Despite its strength, the panel maintains a low density, offering significant advantages in transport, handling, and installation compared to traditional stone or concrete claddings.
The surface system of Wavy is engineered for resistance against heat, humidity, water vapor, UV radiation, and outdoor atmospheric exposure. Its controlled thermal expansion prevents blistering, peeling, cracking, and other forms of surface deformation under temperature or moisture fluctuations. The wave-like geometry also helps distribute impact energy across the panel, enhancing its mechanical durability.
Thanks to its fiberglass-based structure, Wavy offers high workability. It can be cut, drilled, and shaped easily, allowing the seamless integration of electrical outlets, lighting systems, utility lines, and architectural details. Installation is performed with mechanical fastening (screw + dowel), ensuring long-term stability and surface integrity in architectural applications.
Technically, the Wavy Panel provides:
high mechanical rigidity and impact-resistant core
lightweight construction with low surface density
a surface system resistant to heat, humidity, UV, and atmospheric effects
visually and tactilely realistic wave-form topography
large-format continuity with minimal joints
easy workability and straightforward installation
These features position Wavy as a versatile and high-performance cladding solution. -
