The Hormigon 3D Panel reproduces the authentic character of cast concrete using a high-resolution 3D embossed surface. The topography features micro and macro roughness, subtle recesses, matte concrete texture and pronounced shadow–light depth, all meticulously formed and transferred to the panel using precision molding technologies.

The structural core is composed of a fiberglass-reinforced polymer matrix combined with mineral fillers. This engineered composite system provides:

high elastic modulus against bending and flexural loads

durability against impact and impact fatigue

dimensional stability over large surfaces with minimal deformation

Despite its slim profile, the panel remains structurally strong and durable—resulting in a lightweight yet high-performance cladding solution.

The surface coating is formulated with stabilized resins that protect against environmental exposure. This ensures resistance to:

discoloration or degradation under UV radiation

deformation caused by moisture, water vapor, or humidity

cracking or blistering due to thermal/humidity cycles
