Heritage XVIII
Rebuild the timeless essence of brick with today’s panel technology..
Heritage XVIII wall panel is an aesthetic and high-performance cladding solution that reinterprets the “weathered character,” “depth of texture,” and “relief surface” seen in classical brick walls through modern composite panel technology. With its light weight, high strength, and realistic brick texture, it can be used safely in both interior spaces and with proper infrastructure and protection exterior applications.

Technical DescriptionHeritage XVIII is a high-strength wall panel developed within the architectural cladding category, integrating the surface characteristics of brick with a multilayer composite structure. The product reproduces historical surface behaviors such as surface erosion, mortar overflow, micro-pitting, edge wear, and irregular shadow profiles of classical brick module geometry using a high-resolution embossed replication technique. The panel surface is shaped with a 3D negative mold system taken from a handcrafted master model; thus, the micro-texture distribution on the brick surface, the depth variation of the mortar line, and the natural contrast profile created under light are preserved on the panel in the most realistic way.
The product’s core structure is a hybrid composite consisting of a fiber-reinforced polymer structure combined with a mineral-filled system; this structure simultaneously provides dimensional stability under stress, high strength in bending modulus, controlled distribution of impact energy into the panel mass, and low material density enabling lightweight application. The thermal behavior of the structure is optimized so that it operates without deformation, surface stress, or layering problems under cold–hot transitions, humidity saturation, and UV loads.
The surface coating is strengthened with UV-stabilized resins and hydrophobic barrier systems; in this way, the micro-porous surface structure is protected against moisture, water vapor, and freeze–thaw cycles. Thanks to its workable composite structure, applications such as cutting, drilling, countersinking, and forming special edge geometry can be performed with standard tools; the embossed topography can be reintegrated into a unified appearance with retouch components after processing. Installation based on a screw–dowel combination ensures that the panel sits firmly on the wall and remains stable throughout thermal cycles. With its lightweight, durable, and long-lasting structure, Heritage XVIII becomes a strong wall cladding alternative in projects targeting LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certifications in terms of material performance, environmental resistance, and sustainability. -
