The pure strength of natural stone is redefined with modern surface technology.
Fiji wall panel is a high-performance wall cladding panel that brings together the raw texture of natural stone surfaces, deep shadow–light effects, and the mineral structural feel with modern panel technology. With its large panel size, lightweight structure, and surface that imitates natural stone aesthetics exactly, it offers a strong solution for both interior and exterior space designs.

Technical DescriptionFiji wall panel is a multi-layered panel system that reproduces the irregularities of natural stone surfaces at both micro and macro scale through an engineering-focused replication method. The distribution of roughness in the surface texture, the layer fractures naturally formed in stone, micro-crack traces, and volumetric surface movements are created using high-resolution molding technology. This production technique ensures that the panel displays maximum similarity to real stone surfaces both tactually and visually.
The load-bearing structure provides high mechanical performance through the combination of a fiber-reinforced upper surface layer and a mineral-enhanced dense lower structural component. This system enables the panel to maintain its form under impact, bending, and torsion forces and to remain stable without sagging on large surfaces.
Fiji has a surface protection layer developed to withstand atmospheric conditions. This protective coating reduces water absorption, increases color stability against UV radiation, preserves surface integrity against freeze–thaw cycles, and ensures long-lasting use outdoors. The controlled pore structure reduces dirt retention and minimizes the panel’s maintenance requirements.
Thanks to its composite infrastructure, Fiji can be cut, drilled, and adapted to architectural details. It offers an easily workable structure for socket placements, lighting lines, corner transitions, or applications requiring special dimensions. When mechanical fastening (screws + anchors) is used during installation, it provides strong adhesion to the surface and long-term stability.
Fiji also provides advantages in sustainability-focused projects thanks to its EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certification. This environmental verification offers the potential for buildings using the product to earn additional points in international green building certification processes such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL.
In conclusion, Fiji wall panel is a modern wall cladding solution that combines the aesthetic identity of natural stone with lightweight structure, durability, thermal stability, and sustainable production principles. -
