Technical DescriptionThe Dusk Panel is a high-performance fiber + fiberglass architectural wall panel designed to emphasize geometric clarity and striking light–shadow interactions on the surface. The panel features a low-relief yet sharply defined topographic form, transferred with high precision from the master model during the molding process ensuring both visual and tactile clarity.
Its core structure is composed of fiberglass layers, a mineral-filled polymer matrix, and a stabilized resin system. This composite configuration provides high elastic modulus and rigidity, enabling the panel to withstand bending, impact, and compressive loads while maintaining surface flatness and geometric stability even on expansive installations.
The Dusk panel is optimized for thermal expansion and humidity resistance. Temperature or moisture fluctuations do not cause blistering, cracking, or delamination. Its surface formulation incorporates stabilized resins that resist UV exposure, water vapor, ambient moisture, and other environmental effects—ensuring long-term performance and surface integrity in both interior and suitable exterior applications.
The fiber–fiberglass internal structure provides excellent workability. The panel can be cut, drilled, and shaped to integrate electrical outlets, lighting lines, mechanical conduits, or other architectural details seamlessly. Installation must be performed using a mechanical fastening system (screw + dowel), ensuring long-term structural stability and secure attachment.
Technically, the Dusk Panel offers:
high mechanical strength and a rigid internal structure
lightweight composition for easy handling and installation
UV-, water-, humidity-, and weather-resistant surface
impact-dissipating surface geometry
large-format sizing with minimal joint lines
a workable surface system suitable for functional integrations
Together, these features make Dusk a versatile and high-performance solution for modern architectural surfaces. -
