The deep character of pine bark brings organic three dimensional depth to decorative wall panels…
Tayga decorative wall panel, organic 3D pine bark texture and technical features
Tayga decorative wall panel reinterprets the natural character of pine bark through deep linear fissures, irregular surface transitions and pronounced three dimensional reliefs. Its layered texture interacts with light and shadow to emphasize depth and tactility, bringing the raw expression of forest surfaces into contemporary architecture. As part of the Artstone Earth Series, Tayga combines its realistic bark inspired appearance with a lightweight and durable mineral based structure designed to maintain dimensional stability under changing temperature and humidity conditions. Its large format structure minimizes joint lines across expansive surfaces, creating a continuous and distinctive architectural expression for residences, hotels, restaurants, offices, retail spaces and nature inspired projects.

Technical Description
The Tayga wall panel is an advanced fiber- and fiberglass-based cladding system designed to replicate the irregular surface movements of natural pine bark. The linear splits, groove transitions, and volumetric reliefs on the panel surface are transformed into a three-dimensional texture using high-resolution molding technologies that preserve the bark’s random form. This design approach allows light to refract across the surface at varying angles, creating a rhythmic interplay of shadow and illumination throughout the space.
The panel core consists of fiberglass layers reinforced with mineral additives. Despite its low density, this composite structure delivers high strength and maintains form stability under bending, torsion, compression, and impact loads across large surfaces. Mineral components help maintain surface hardness, while fiber reinforcement disperses impact energy, reducing the risk of cracking. As a result, Tayga offers stable and reliable performance, particularly on extensive wall applications.
Engineered to withstand environments with significant temperature variation, Tayga maintains dimensional stability with its low expansion tendency. The panel does not blister, separate, or deform under thermal stress. The embossed relief profiles enhance both impact performance and acoustic behavior; the bark-like topography diffuses sound reflections, creating a softer acoustic environment indoors.
Surface components are formulated to maintain long-term stability against UV radiation, humidity, rain, water vapor, and chemical atmospheres. Even under intense sunlight, the panel does not fade or chalk. Freeze–thaw cycles do not compromise its surface integrity, and no delamination occurs. These qualities make Tayga a durable solution for both interior and controlled exterior applications.
Its low weight enables minimal joint requirements across expansive surfaces, creating a more cohesive and natural appearance. The workability of the fiberglass-based structure allows for easy on-site cutting, drilling, and shaping—offering high adaptability for outlet points, lighting integrations, and custom architectural details. Installation is based on mechanical fastening principles; screw–dowel systems provide strong anchorage with the panel core, ensuring long-term stability.
The Tayga Panel—featuring stable behavior across wide temperature ranges, high mechanical strength despite its low density, UV and atmospheric resistance, a geometry that disperses impact energy, a topography that enhances acoustic performance, and a mineral-reinforced fiberglass core has been developed to provide a reliable cladding solution both aesthetically and structurally.
This advanced technical structure allows Tayga to align naturally with sustainable architectural requirements. Its lightweight and durable composite components improve energy efficiency during production and transportation, while its long-lasting use optimizes material cycles. Free of harmful chemical substances, it contributes positively to indoor air quality and offers a safe surface for users. These qualities make Tayga a suitable cladding alternative that meets LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certification criteria related to material health, durability, energy efficiency, resource management, and indoor comfort.
The Tayga Panel brings warmth, character, and long-lasting surface performance to spaces by combining the organic energy of natural bark texture with modern composite technology.
