This Privacy Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK to provide information regarding the processing of personal data of individuals who visit our corporate website, complete contact or quotation request forms, request information or quotations regarding our products and services, or otherwise contact our Company through the website.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

* request information if your personal data has been processed,
* learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with such purpose,
* learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
* request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
* request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK,
* request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
* object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and
* claim compensation for damages suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
- Application Procedure
You may submit requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Your applications will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of your request. Where the processing of your application requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
