The T-Rod Plate wall panel is a slim yet rigid surface system that reconstructs the anatomy of concrete on a high-performance fiber–composite core. The embossed surface topography incorporates fracture lines, formwork joint impressions, coarse textures, and subtle wear effects. Produced through high-resolution mold technology, this 3D surface is replicated uniformly and with precise detail.

The structural core consists of fiberglass layers embedded within a polymer resin matrix reinforced with mineral fillers. This hybrid system provides:

The panel is engineered with optimized thermal behavior; its low expansion coefficient prevents blistering, cracking, or delamination during sudden temperature changes.
