The 9,000 m² D.ream Headquarters project, designed and implemented at Beşiktaş Büyükhanlı Plaza, serves as the central office for Doğuş Group’s food, beverage, and entertainment brands. At the outset, the building existed solely in its raw construction state. Shaped according to the needs of D.ream employees and the project’s conceptual framework, the design aimed to create a highly functional workspace that employees would enjoy returning to every day.

The existing architectural structure played a highly influential role in the design process. The exposed reinforced concrete texture, generous ceiling heights, and the gallery void beneath the skylight served as key sources of inspiration. The Artstone Hormigon Series exposed concrete–effect wall panels fully integrated with the design concept, complementing the building’s inherent character while completing the desired street-inspired effect and industrial atmosphere of the space.
