The Hormigon Plus Panel is an advanced cladding system designed to reproduce the natural character of concrete as a three-dimensional fiber-composite wall panel. The panel surface features formwork traces, micro-textures, surface undulations and the matte expression of cast concrete all modeled as 3d relief. This topography is created through high-precision molding processes, ensuring consistent detailing across every panel.

The internal structure consists of a fiberglass-reinforced polymer matrix combined with mineral fillers. This composite configuration provides:

high elastic modulus and rigidity

strong impact resistance

minimal risk of bending, cracking or deformation even on large wall spans

The panel is formulated with a low thermal expansion coefficient, meaning it does not warp, blister or deform under temperature or humidity variations. Its surface coating is engineered to resist UV radiation, water vapor, moisture and atmospheric exposure ensuring long-term color stability, form retention and surface integrity.

Thanks to its fiber-composite core, Hormigon Plus can be cut, drilled and shaped with ease. Electrical outlets, lighting lines, architectural transitions and service integrations can be installed seamlessly. Installation is carried out using a mechanical fastening method (screws + dowels), ensuring strong adherence to the wall and long-term stability.
