Trape
Reinterpreting the spirit of industrial concrete with a lightweight, high-performance surface.
Trape is a fiber–fiberglass wall panel that reproduces the raw texture of concrete surfaces with a three-dimensional embossed structure. With its lightweight composition, technical durability, and large-format dimensions, it offers a long-lasting and modern cladding alternative for both interior and exterior applications.

Technical DescriptionThe Trape wall panel is a fiber–fiberglass-based three-dimensional wall system engineered to replicate the mineral character of concrete surfaces. The embossed surface pattern consists of subtle undulations, abrasion effects, micro-textural recesses, and details that mimic natural concrete roughness. This topography is produced using high-precision molds, ensuring consistent depth and texture across every panel.
Its core structure combines fiberglass layers embedded within a mineral-filled polymer matrix. This hybrid composition provides high resistance to bending and impact loads while minimizing deformation risks even in large-format installations.
Designed with optimized thermal behavior, Trape has a low expansion coefficient, preventing blistering, separation, or cracking under temperature changes. The surface coating is formulated with protective components resistant to UV radiation, humidity, water vapor, and outdoor exposure—ensuring that the panel maintains its color and texture over many years.
The embossed geometry helps distribute and dissipate impact energy, increasing overall surface durability. The fiber–fiberglass core allows the panel to be cut, drilled, and shaped with ease, enabling seamless integration of electrical outlets, lighting lines, service conduits, or architectural detailing.
Installation is performed using a mechanical fastening system (screw + dowel), which provides strong anchorage at connection points, ensuring long-term stability and surface continuity.
Technical advantages of the Trape Panel include:
lightweight yet high-rigidity structure
three-dimensional surface topography reflecting authentic concrete texture
thermal and humidity stability
resistance to outdoor conditions and UV exposure
high impact resistance
large panel size with minimal joint visibility
workable fiber–fiberglass core for cutting and detailing -
