Technical DescriptionThe T-Rod Plate wall panel is a slim yet rigid surface system that reconstructs the anatomy of concrete on a high-performance fiber–composite core. The embossed surface topography incorporates fracture lines, formwork joint impressions, coarse textures, and subtle wear effects. Produced through high-resolution mold technology, this 3D surface is replicated uniformly and with precise detail.
The structural core consists of fiberglass layers embedded within a polymer resin matrix reinforced with mineral fillers. This hybrid system provides:
high resistance to bending and torsional loads
controlled energy dissipation under impact
stable form performance over large wall spans
The panel is engineered with optimized thermal behavior; its low expansion coefficient prevents blistering, cracking, or delamination during sudden temperature changes. The exterior surface is stabilized against UV exposure and atmospheric effects—ensuring long-term durability without color fading, loss of matte texture, or surface fatigue.
Thanks to its fiber–composite formulation, the panel is highly workable. It can be cut, drilled, and shaped to accommodate project-specific requirements. Electrical outlets, lighting details, concealed lines, and architectural transitions can be integrated seamlessly.
Installation is achieved through a mechanical fastening system (screw + dowel), providing secure attachment and long-term stability.
