Sillarejo
The character of medieval castle walls is reinterpreted through the comfort of modern surfaces.
Sillarejo v is a high-performance wall panel that merges the irregular yet characterful texture and form of historic stone masonry with contemporary panel technology.
While preserving the rustic spirit of old stone craftsmanship, it offers an aesthetic and functional solution across a wide range of applications from interiors to exterior façades thanks to its lightness, workability, and modern installation convenience.

Technical DescriptionSillarejo v is a cladding system built on fiber-reinforced panel technology that reproduces the texture and surface character of natural stone wall coverings through high-precision relief techniques. The stratification marks of stone slabs, surface irregularities, mineral vein structures, and shadow–light depth are modeled with millimetric accuracy on the panel surface, providing both visual and tactile authenticity.
The panel’s structural body consists of a fiber-reinforced upper layer combined with a dense, mineral-enhanced core layer. This hybrid structure delivers low weight, high mechanical rigidity, impact resistance, and long-term surface stability. The fiber reinforcement allows the panel to retain its form under mechanical stresses such as bending, sagging, and torsion. As a result, risks such as deformation, cracking, or surface fracture are minimized even on large wall spans.
The surface coating is formulated to withstand environmental factors including water, moisture, airborne particles, UV radiation, and freeze–thaw cycles. Thus, the panel maintains its surface integrity and aesthetic appearance for many years in both interior and exterior applications. The pore and surface structure are optimized to reduce dirt retention and color fading.
Sillarejo offers high workability to meet architectural detailing needs such as cutting, drilling, creating socket/lighting openings, corner shaping, and custom form fabrication. Installation must be performed using mechanical fastening (screw + anchor), ensuring full adherence to the substrate and long-term stability under thermal or mechanical stresses.
Additionally, Sillarejo can be evaluated in line with project-based sustainability criteria thanks to its EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), which documents environmental impacts and product life cycle. This certification provides projects using Sillarejo with the potential to earn additional points in green building systems such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL, especially in environmental performance categories.
In conclusion, Sillarejo is an advanced wall cladding panel that blends the historic texture of old stone walls with modern panel comfort, structural durability, environmental stability, and sustainability awareness offering both aesthetic and technical excellence. -
