Technical DescriptionThe Perforado XXI Panel is a fiber-composite wall panel engineered to recreate the weathered character of traditional brick façades in three-dimensional relief. Its surface topography features deep mortar recesses, rough brick textures, eroded edges and naturally irregular patterns all replicated with high-resolution molding technology, ensuring consistent depth and detailing across every panel.
The panel’s core is a composite system combining fiberglass reinforcement with mineral additives and polymer binders. This configuration provides:
structural stability against bending and torsion,
controlled energy distribution under impact loads,
lightweight application due to low material density.
Its thermal expansion behavior is optimized to prevent blistering, cracking or delamination under temperature or humidity fluctuations. The surface coating components are stabilized against UV exposure, moisture and exterior conditions, allowing Perforado XXI to preserve its appearance and structural integrity even in outdoor use.
Thanks to its fiber-composite internal structure, the panel can be cut, drilled and shaped to accommodate architectural detailing such as electrical outlets, lighting lines or recessed niches. Installation is carried out using mechanical fastening (screws + dowels), ensuring long-term surface continuity and structural stability even on large-format panels.
Its lightweight composite makeup, extended service life and low-maintenance requirements make Perforado XXI a sustainable cladding alternative. These characteristics align with material efficiency, durability and indoor environmental quality criteria found in LEED, BREEAM and WELL certification systems. -
