Ladrillo Masonry
The archetypal texture of brick, redefined through modern composite engineering..
Ladrillo Masonry wall panel is a wall cladding panel that blends the layered surface character of traditional brick walls with a high performance fiberglass–composite structure. By transforming the natural roughness, tonal transitions, and mortar joints of brick into a three-dimensional surface topography, it offers a solution that is both aesthetic and technical. It provides long-lasting use not only in interior spaces but also in exterior applications when the correct infrastructure is in place.

Technical DescriptionLadrillo Masonry wall panel is a high-performance cladding panel that redefines the physical and surface characteristics of brick walls through multi-phase composite material technology. The panel surface is created using a high-resolution replication method based on the heterogeneous micro-topography of natural brick; micromorphological elements such as brick-specific surface roughness, granular distribution, depth variation in mortar joints, and mineral surface erosion are transferred flawlessly onto the panel through a negative mold derived from the master model. As a result, the panel achieves an organic surface identity that mirrors the volumetric shadowing and matte reflection behavior observed on real brick walls depending on the angle of incident light.
The structural core is formed through the integration of a mineral-filled intermediate phase with a fiberglass-reinforced polymer system; this multi-layered composite is optimized to deliver a high elastic modulus, bending rigidity, and impact-energy absorption capacity within a lightweight panel mass. Formulated for low thermal expansion, the structure does not exhibit swelling, cracking, delamination, or dimensional deviation under temperature fluctuations, humidity changes, vapor transmission, or freeze–thaw cycles; a hydrophobic barrier controls water absorption, preserving the mortar texture over long-term exposure. UV-stabilized resin ensures long-lasting color stability and surface matte finish on areas exposed to sunlight.
By virtue of its composite nature, Ladrillo Masonry offers high workability; cutting, drilling, carving, or custom sizing can be performed with standard tools without causing surface deformation. The panel is installed using a screw–dowel mechanical fastening system, ensuring a firm fit to the structure, stability throughout thermal cycles, and long-term preservation of surface integrity.
Combining traditional brick-wall aesthetics with lightness, environmental resistance, and mechanical strength, Ladrillo Masonry offers a durable, low-maintenance solution that can contribute to sustainability, material efficiency, and interior/exterior environmental quality criteria within LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certification systems. -
