Technical DescriptionThe Jakarta wall panel is an advanced composite cladding system developed to reproduce the surface character of natural stone. The surface topography of the panel transfers the layered structure of stone blocks, the distribution of surface roughness, micro-porosities, and light–shadow depths onto the panel through high-resolution molding. This reflects, one-to-one, the volume and texture sensation seen in real stone claddings when interacting with light.
The load-bearing body of the panel is created by the combination of a fiber-reinforced upper layer and a mineral-enhanced dense lower layer.This composite structure ensures that the panel is both lightweight and highly rigid. Fiber reinforcement guarantees that the panel maintains its form under mechanical stresses such as bending, twisting, or impact, and keeps the surface stable even across large areas. Risks such as surface cracking, breakage, or layer separation under impact, pressure, or surface loads are minimized.
The surface coating of the panel is stabilized with protective components against water, moisture, rain, UV radiation, freeze–thaw cycles, and external environmental effects.Therefore, besides being an interior wall-cladding option, the panel also provides long-lasting use on exterior façades or semi-open spaces with proper detailing.Because the surface pore structure is designed in a controlled manner, dirt retention is reduced and maintenance needs are minimized.
Thanks to its composite infrastructure, Jakarta can be cut, drilled and shaped according to architectural details; this allows electrical socket & lighting line transitions, infrastructure channels or special architectural details to be easily integrated into the panel.Using mechanical fastening (screw + anchor) as the recommended installation method ensures that the panel sits fully on the surface, preserves surface integrity and guarantees long-term stability.
The product has an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certificate, which provides an important advantage for sustainability- and environmental-responsibility-oriented projects.
