Technical DescriptionH-Plate wall panel is a high-tech composite panel system that reinterprets the anatomical surface of concrete. The panel features three-dimensional reproductions of formwork joint lines, form-tie impressions, surface roughness, and the micro-details inherent to cast concrete. These textures are modeled through high-precision molding and transferred onto the composite material during production, giving the panel an authentic concrete appearance both visually and tactically.
The core structure is composed of fiberglass layers combined with mineral fillers and a polymer resin matrix. This composite system stabilizes the panel under bending, impact, and static loads. Even on large wall surfaces, the panel maintains its form, minimizing risks of warping, cracking, or surface stress.
The surface coating is reinforced with stabilized resins that provide resistance against environmental factors such as UV exposure, water vapor, humidity, and temperature variations. With its balanced thermal expansion coefficient, the panel will not blister, peel, or crack under thermal shifts.
The combination of panel geometry and composite formulation enables efficient distribution of impact energy across the surface, reducing fracture risk and enhancing long-term durability. As a result, H-Plate offers both decorative value and strong technical performance.
The composite core also allows the panel to be easily cut, drilled, and shaped enabling seamless integration of outlets, lighting lines, mechanical channels, and custom architectural details.
Installation is performed using a mechanical fastening system (screw + dowel), ensuring secure attachment and long-term structural stability.
