Etch the spirit of raw stone onto your walls with a lightweight panel.
Choppy wall panel is a high-performance fiberglass wall panel that reproduces the characteristic fractured, cracked, and rugged textures of natural rough stone in a three-dimensional form. With its durable structure, large-format dimensions, and highly realistic stone effect, it provides long-lasting cladding solutions for both interior and suitable exterior applications.

Technical DescriptionThe Choppywall panel is a fiber + fiberglass 3D wall panel designed to replicate the broken edges, pores, roughness, and irregular topography of natural stone surfaces. The stone texture on the panel is transferred from the original master model through a high-precision molding process, preserving the material’s distinctive details, depth, and shadow–light transitions.
Its core structure consists of fiberglass layers combined with mineral fillers and a polymer binder system. This composite configuration ensures rigidity under bending, compression, and impact loads, minimizing the risk of surface deformation. Even on large wall areas, the panel maintains mechanical stability, making it particularly advantageous for expansive installations.
Choppy is optimized for resistance against heat and humidity fluctuations. With its controlled thermal expansion and high moisture resistance, the panel prevents cracking, peeling, or blistering over long-term use. The relief geometry distributes impact energy across the surface, enhancing the panel’s impact resistance and reducing fatigue over time.
The fiberglass-based internal structure allows the panel to be cut, drilled, and shaped easily. This flexibility enables seamless integration of electrical outlets, lighting systems, mechanical lines, and architectural details. Installation should be carried out using a mechanical fastening system (screw + dowel), ensuring long-term stability and reliable surface performance.
Technical advantages include:
high surface rigidity and impact resistance
lightweight application due to low surface density
realistic 3D surface topography resembling natural stone
resistance to heat, humidity, water, UV exposure, and outdoor conditions
large-format sizing allowing minimal joints and continuous wall coverage
excellent workability and easy installation -
