Technical DescriptionThe Bohemia Panel is a fiber- and fiberglass-based wall panel engineered to replicate the geometric complexity of wooden weave textures. The panel surface features a relief morphology that carries the rhythmic woven effect of wood, produced using high-precision molding techniques that preserve intricate surface details. This embossed topography enhances both the aesthetic depth of the panel and its impact behavior, creating dynamic light–shadow effects across the surface.
The panel’s core consists of fiberglass layers combined with mineral additives and stabilized polymer binders. Despite its low density, this composite structure provides high mechanical strength, maintaining form stability under bending, compression, and surface-tension loads. Bohemia’s lightweight nature—despite its large dimensions—reduces load on supporting systems and offers significant ergonomic advantages during installation.
Bohemia is engineered for dimensional stability in environments with significant temperature and humidity fluctuations. Its controlled thermal expansion behavior prevents blistering, cracking, or deformation of the surface. The embossed surface profile distributes impact energy across the panel, strengthening its impact resistance and supporting long-term material performance.
The panel’s surface components are formulated to provide high durability against UV radiation, humidity, water vapor, and atmospheric conditions. Even in exterior or moisture-prone interiors, the panel maintains surface integrity and color stability. Through freeze–thaw cycles, it retains its structural elasticity without cracking, delaminating, or deforming.
Bohemia’s large panel size and low surface density allow extensive areas to be covered with minimal joints, resulting in a cohesive and refined architectural expression. Its fiberglass-based structure offers excellent workability—allowing the panel to be cut, drilled, and shaped on-site. This adaptability supports seamless integration of outlets, lighting fixtures, and service channels. Installation is performed using a screw–dowel mechanical system, and the stable composite core provides strong anchorage at connection points, ensuring long-term structural stability.
The Bohemia Panel with its high mechanical strength, UV and atmospheric stability, thermal reliability, sound-absorbing surface topography, and lightweight yet rigid composite core delivers a durable, aesthetic, and technically reliable cladding solution for both interior and suitable exterior applications.
Its advanced composite composition aligns naturally with sustainability-focused architectural practices. Lightweight components reduce energy consumption during production, transportation, and installation, while long-term material stability optimizes the lifecycle of the product. Free of harmful chemicals, the panel supports indoor air quality and enhances user well-being. These attributes make Bohemia compatible with LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certification criteria related to material health, durability, environmental impact, and indoor comfort.
Bohemia unites the warm tactility of woven wood with contemporary architectural expression, offering a timeless, high-performance surface solution. -
